Superintendent David Clark presented a $50.23 million school budget, cutting $3.15 million, or 5.9%, from last year's budget. The reduced budget reflects a $3.7 million decrease in state and federal funding.

Overall, the proposed school budget implements $1.4 million in cuts to staff and programs across the school district. A 15%  cut was instituted across all departments.
