Culpeper schools deal with recently adopted budgetNearly a month after adopting its fiscal year 2011 budget, the Culpeper County School Board is still working out where cuts will be made. Parents aired worries that the quality of the schools may slip, citing class sizes and small amounts of homework as areas of concern.
