Caroline County courts unnamed businessT The company reportedly intends to construct a 340,000 square-foot distribution center, creating 150 new jobs at market rate salaries. It will also invest nearly $50 million in real and personal property. If the board of supervisors succeeds, Caroline County homeowners will benefit from the county taxes paid by the new company, as the county will be able to improve services without raising property taxes.
